[Weatherupdates] Update on the Weather Reports - Estes Park Weather

[Gregory Truta]

The weather conditions reported from the weather station on the website and
on these emails are not updating at this time due to a hardware issue with
some internal weather equipment. I hope to have this fixed by this Sunday or
Monday. In the meantime, the weather forecasts, and webcam are still working
normally.
