CONDITIONS AND SNOW. WEST WINDS WINDS GUSTING IN THE 40 TO 75 MPH RANGE WILL
PRODUCE CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IN HIGHER EXPOSED AREAS.
