BECOMING WIDESPREAD IN THE HIGHER MOUNTAINS WITH AREAS OF LIGHT SNOW
OVER NORTH AND MIDDLE PARKS. SNOWFALL RATES WILL BE A QUARTER TO
HALF INCH PER HOUR WITH THE HEAVIER SNOW OVER THE HIGHER MOUNTAINS
NORTH OF INTERSTATE 70. SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE
HIGHER MOUNTAINS AND THE FOOTHILLS ABOVE 8000 FEET WHERE SPEEDS OF
