THROUGH THE REST OF THE NIGHT. HOWEVER...THE HEAVIEST SNOW SHOWERS
HAVE COME TO AN END. SNOWFALL RATES WILL AVERAGE BETWEEN ONE
QUARTER AND ONE HALF INCH PER HOUR IN ELEVATIONS ABOVE 9000
FEET...WITH LIGHTER SNOWFALL IN VALLEY LOCATIONS. ROADS WILL BE
SNOWPACKED AND SLICK...AND CHAIN LAWS WERE IN EFFECT FOR THE
APPROACHES TO THE EISENHOWER TUNNEL...LOVELAND PASS...AND VAIL PASS.
IN THE FOOTHILLS...ONLY A FEW LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS CAN BE EXPECTED
