WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY
AFTERNOON.
* TIMING...STRONG WEST WINDS WILL INCREASE OVER THE HIGHER FRONT
RANGE FOOTHILLS LATER THIS EVENING...AND THEN SPREAD TOWARDS THE
BASE OF THE FOOTHILLS BY LATER TONIGHT. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL
BE FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...ESPECIALLY
ACROSS WESTERN BOULDER COUNTY.
* WINDS...WEST WINDS AT SPEEDS OF 20 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 80
MPH ARE POSSIBLE BY LATER TONIGHT AND CONTINUING THROUGH FRIDAY.
* IMPACTS...STRONG AND ERRATIC CROSS WINDS WILL EFFECT NORTH-
SOUTH HIGHWAYS...LIKE THE PEAK TO PEAK HIGHWAY AND HIGHWAY 93
