FOOTHILLS OF LARIMER...BOULDER AND JEFFERSON COUNTIES AROUND
SUNRISE ON TUESDAY AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE MID-AFTERNOON.
GUSTY WINDS MAY ALSO SPREAD ONTO THE ADJACENT PLAINS AT TIMES.
* WINDS...WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS UP
TO 75 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE.
* IMPACTS...STRONG CROSSWINDS ON NORTH-SOUTH HIGHWAYS...LIKE THE
