THE MOUNTAINS AND HIGHER FOOTHILLS THROUGH MID AFTERNOON. INITIAL
DEVELOPMENT WILL BE CONFINED TO LOCATIONS ALONG THE CONTINENTAL
DIVIDE AND HIGHER EAST SLOPES AND FURTHER SOUTH ACROSS PARK COUNTY.
RAINFALL RATES WILL BE UP TO A HALF INCH IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES
WITH THE STRONGER STORMS.
